Terms and condition :

During the tour, there are NO refunds due to natural conditions (force majeure) such as floods,earthquakes, volcanic eruptions landslides, fires, epidemic and others.

Make sure you have enough cash in IDR. Most of transactions in Indonesia use cash.

From Ijen to Surabaya, it usually takes 7 hours trip, while Bromo to Surabaya around 3-4 hours.

Mount Ijen will always be closed every first Friday of every month.

By default gas masks NOT included in this tour.

The temperature in Bromo is cooler than in Ijen (below 10 degree in the morning), while in Ijen is warmer but windier than Bromo.

For Bromo jeeps, with 2 people we will use shared jeeps with other visitors, while for 3-4 people we will use private jeeps.

In Indonesia, we use 2 slots for electricity.

Make sure you always check your equipment before and after. We are not responsible for lost items caused by customer carelessness.

The timing of each activity in this tour is very tight, less sleep time, make sure you have prepared everything.

Follow the instructions from your guide/driver, ask if you are in doubt.
